Dr. Jae H Chung

President & CEO

As president and CEO, Dr. Chung leads the executive team in developing and implementing high-level strategies while managing the overall operations and resources of SK C&C USA, Inc. He has been with the SK family since 1991 leading many business divisions, in the Global & Innovation Group (G&I) and Industry Business Group (IBG), covering the whole IT services of private industry sectors. Under Dr. Chung’s leadership, IBG has grown to become the nation’s number one IT service player in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.

Dr. Chung holds a Doctorate of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at University of Florida, and Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University. He will continue to spearhead SK C&C’s drive to become the world’s premier mobile commerce company.

Sang Yook

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer of CorFire, Sang Yook works closely with the executive team to determine strategic market development and full corporate commitment of SK C&C to CorFire. Yook also leads the company in leveraging its capabilities as a mobile commerce center of excellence to enable the successful delivery of mobile commerce services globally. Over the last few years, Yook has taken on a number of CorFire's most significant challenges: building the company structure and transferring experienced skills and expertise to the U.S. market to build the mobile commerce platform.

Yook brings a broad range of executive experience to the company, including his past service as CEO for a US software development company.

Pascal Caillon

Pascal Caillon

SVP Business Development & Strategy

As SVP of Business Development & Strategy, Pascal Caillon is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development and partnership strategy for financial institutions, retailers and mobile network operators. He has more than 15 years of successful experience in leading business development efforts in mobile commerce for such companies as TransferTo, Inc., SanDisk Corp., and Visa.

Tom Zalewski

Tom Zalewski

SVP North America Business Development and Sales

Tom Zalewski brings more than a decade of experience in mobile payments and more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry to his role as vice president, sales at CorFire. Tom has served as president at Aikon Consulting, LLC, and played an integral role in many of the first NFC and pre-NFC (RFID) mobile payments trials and pilots. In 2006, Tom helped create a Trusted Service Manager (TSM) joint venture between Nokia and Giesecke & Devrient, and was appointed president and general manager of Venyon Inc. the following year.

Tom strengthens CorFire’s sales initiatives while connecting with key audiences within the mobile payments industry and is assisting with CorFire’s North American and global expansion.

Jun S. Hong

CTO & SVP, Product Development & Strategy

Jun Hong is the CTO of CorFire with responsibility for research & product development. His engineering and management experience spans more than 20 years in telecommunications, networking and security.

Before CorFire, Jun served as VP of Engineering at LG Electronics USA, leading the R&D team that established a leadership position in the biometrics security industry. He also was Chief Architect at Core Networks and on the technical staff at Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs.

Kevin Zhu

SVP, Product Management & Technology Development

As SVP, Product Management & Technology Development, Kevin Zhu is responsible for the company's global mobile commerce platform development. For over 16 years, he has led large, complex product and technology development in mobile, financial services and engineering.

Before joining CorFire, Zhu led Sprint's product and technology development for mobile payment and mobile commerce, including technology strategy, architecture, and development of groundbreaking solutions. Prior to Sprint, Zhu held various leading roles in enterprise architecture and software development with GE, DST System and Black & Veatch.

Peter W. Jung

Chief Financial Officer

Peter Jung has more than a decade of heavy finance experience in Korea and London. With more than 30 years in the SK family, Jung brings global strategy insights on how to enter new markets. As CFO of SK C&C USA, Jung will be responsible for CorFire’s financial planning, economic strategy and forecasting.

Jung has served as manager and senior manager at SK Global for 10 years, financial manager at SK Global Europe, LTD and most recently as team manager with the Global Business Planning team and head of the IT Services Supporting Division at SK C&C.
